This division provides an in-depth technical and non-technical training on the nitty-gritty of market access and allied issues for state and non-state actors to achieve sustainable development and sustainability. The training division designs, develops and/or co-initiates training programmes, modules with relevant training materials, manuals and tools that suit the personal goals of the participants and development aspirations of the entity they represent. The trainings are often demand-driven, which mostly emphasise inclusiveness and social integration of all strata of the country. To this end, it initiates, co-designs and implements training programmes and modules within the framework of market access and allied topics that will fortify the capacity and capability of participants, making them well-informed. The training is pedagogic and didactic, such that appropriate methods and techniques are adopted that stimulate critical thinking and active engagement, which ensure appropriate knowledge transfer. Both physical (face-to-face) and online training approaches are provided for different thresholds of participants.
